District 7 Trustee: Richard Polter (incumbent)
2024 Annual Meeting minutes: Approved
The 2025 Annual Meeting of Members was held on Saturday, May 17 at the cooperative office located at 04125 State Route 576 in Bryan. Members cast their vote using a paper ballot by driving thru and dropping it into the official ballot box from 9 a.m, to noon on that day.
Members who wished to vote electronically did so by logging into their secure SmartHub account. The online voting option ended at noon on Friday, May 16.
Following the closing of the drive-thru meeting at noon, all votes (paper and electronic) were tabulated and the results are shown above and on the NWEC Facebook page (www.facebook.com/north.western.electric).
Each member that participated in the annual meeting either by casting their vote in person at the drive-thru event on May 17 or by voting online via SmartHub, will receive a $25 bill credit on their July electric bill (the one received at the end of June and due by July 10.)
