NWEC is proud to offer scholarship programs to assist local students who pursue higher education.
Applications for the scholarships will be available on December 1. Scholarship rules and guidelines for each competition will be provided along with the applications.
HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS ONLY
Children of Members Scholarship
NWEC will award four cash awards of $2,000 each to students who are children of our members. One winner will compete in the statewide contest for additional scholarship funds.
Gertrude Studer Memorial Scholarship
NWEC, along with the Edgerton Area Foundation will award a $500 scholarship to one Williams County student in memory of longtime Edgerton resident, Gertrude Studer. Gertrude is credited with attending every annual meeting of the cooperative since its inception. She also loved attending the county fair and was involved in 4-H and FFA organizations throughout her life.
